Most stores put their clearance items on sale eventually, so all you have to do to find AMAZING deals on them is wait for those sales, usually AFTER a season is completely over. I.e., in the middle of fall, when summer is long gone, they're going to be desperately trying to get rid of their shorts, flip flops, and tank tops.
